Studio "Caprice d’Epices"

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house and features a separate entrance and  terrace which offers a beautiful view of the forest.

It can accommodate 2 persons and has a large double bed, modular 2 beds of 1 person.

The bathroom has a Italian shower, sink and toilet.

There is also a lounge, a library, flat-screen TV, a small desk. It has a kitchen with fridge, 4 hot plates, sink, oven-microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a dining area.

The Francorchamps village has several restaurants, butcher-caterer, one bakeries and a pharmacy.

The parking lot is located at the lower level of the house.

The studio is rented for a minimum of 2 nights. We do not offer breakfast with the studio rental.

Price without breakfast:

• 110 euros/per night for 2 people.
• Dogs are welcome on request. Please contact us for details.

These prices are not valid during the Francofolies de Spa and larger events at the racecourse (F1 Grand Prix 24h of Spa-Francorchamps, WEC...).
